Sierra de La Cabrera. Not so many foxgloves in 2012. The previous year had seen them in profusion, and all over Europe, as was commented on at the time by many Panoramio members!

The beach is inaccessible except by boat. Even so I have never seen anyone sunbathing or swimming here.

Abandoned in the late 19th century, it was active only for a few decades, with varying degrees of success.

Crane Castle, an iron age defensive site. This has almost all succumbed to coastal erosion except for this bulwark which is on the cliff edge now but was built as the inner, landward, rampart.
