Es sind Burgunderalgen, auch genannt Burgunderblutalgen.

Artikel zum Hallwilersee, wo obiges Foto entstand - eine ziemlich eklige Brühe, und ich habe es nie vorher gesehen, weil wir das Segelschiff noch nie so früh ausgewassert haben und die Algen nur im Winter bis Frühjahr auftreten:
