Trondheim - Nidarosdom
Mit leichtem Regen (wie schon 2016) begann der 3. Tag der Schiffstour entlang der norwegischen Küste. Auch diesmal besuchten wir in Trondheim (ca. 180.000 Einwohner) den bekannten Nidarosdom. Der Dom ist die größte Kathedrale Nordeuropas, Nationalheiligtum und Krönungskirche (bis 1906) der norwegischen Könige. Die Vorgängerkirche wurde um 1090 gegründet. Nach Verfall im Mittelalter und Neuzeit wurde die Kirche zwischen 1869 und 1930 (Weihung des Gotteshauses) umfangreich saniert.
