Harlequin Ladybird?
I'm guessing this could be one of those Harlequin Ladybirds that's going to invade us...invader or not its very pretty..

Yes that looks like a harlequin, normally with two shoulder spots on each elytron as this one has and a black 'm' shaped mark on the pronotum. Eyed ladybird is very similar but usually has only one shoulder spot on each elytron.
