Normalerweise sehen die Lifeboat stations so aus - doch es kann ja nicht sein, dass die Lebensretter erst auf die Flut warten müssen. Aber vielleicht gibt es in dem Bootshaus ja Teleskopgleitschienen o.ä. ?

Für eine Fischerhütte hat es wohl zu wenig Fenster; außerdem sieht es so aus, als ob von der Wasserseite aus große Teile rein- und raus gebracht werden sollten.
Ich denke auch, dass es ein Bootshaus ist.

Also gut - es war bestimmt früher mal ein Bootshaus, das nach Um- oder Ausbau des Hafens jetzt nur noch als Schuppen genutzt wird - wie findet ihr das?
