Sarà stato sicuramente simpatico se non addirittura poetico,
ma esporre il vino alla luce e al calore
non è propriamente il modo migliore per conservarlo!!!

E' certo. Neanche come aceto si può usare.Fra i molti lavori che ho fatto ho anche lavorato in un ristorante dove il vino di un certo livello si decantava, perciò ricordo il sapore di quello che non è buono, perchè dopo che il cliente l'aveva assaggiato lo facevo pure io.

Die Rue Mouffetard! Gibt es die noch!? :-) Das war früher so eine typische, verträumte kleine Strasse; wie aus einem Film. Ob das immer noch so ist?
Und, was liest er da wohl für einen Roman, dass er sich so an den Kopf greifen muss? Oder ist es die Steuerrechung? ;-)

Es ist schon zehn Jahre her, Poly, ich hoffe es ist noch so. Mir hat diese Zone der Stadt sehr gefallen. Ich glaube er hat schlechte Nachrichten bekommen oder die Steuerrechnung, wie Du sagst.
