Doch, diese Kolibriart kommt sogar im suedlichen Teil von Kanada vor. Sie heissen Rubythroat Hummingbird. Das Maennchen hat ein schillerndes, knallrotes Laetzchen. Aber ich sehe sie sehr selten, weil sie nur zur Paarung hier sind. Die Weibchen bauen das Nest, brueten die Eier aus und fuettern die Jungen. Die Maennchen sind bei all dem schon lange weg, um ein neues Weibchen zur Paarung zu finden.
