Success!
My very first loaf of bread I have ever baked. It is called 'Sunday Bread', because it is yeast dough with butter. I found the recipe in a German Internet site. We already tasted it and agreed that it is great and I will bake it again.

Doerthe club has replied to Stevia clubDieses Brot wuerde auch mit Rosinen gut schmecken.
500 g Organic flour
0,35 l Water
10 g Salt
5 g Sugar
15 g Yeast
20 g Butter or Lard (I used Butter) melted
Den Teig kühl anruehren. Gut auskneten! Dann abgedeckt 30-60 Minuten ruhen lassen. Nochmals zusammen schlagen.
(Kneading, then resting covered up for 30 min., kneading again, resting for 30 min. Form a loaf, cut with sharp knife, let rest for 10 min., brush or spray clear water over the loaf. Bake in preheated oven at 400°F for approx. 45 min.)
