OUTDATED: Please see updated post. THANK YOU!

Please consider opening your heart and home to the following felines. All are seeking a warm, safe, loving forever home!

Gosling & Goya
Gosling & Goya arrived on death's door, both only 7 ounces at 3 weeks old. Thankfully, they not only survived but thrived. Their guesstimated birthdate is 5/24/17. The girls have been spayed as well as vaccinated against distemper x2. Both tested negative for FIV/FeLV. They are a bonded pair and are available for adoption together for $100. Gosling is more outgoing and confident, but Goya takes her cues from her sister and learns to run and play and delight in life a little while after her sister reassures her. Important to know that Goya has problems with her eyes. She arrived with her eyes plastered shut, and ultimately ended up with left corneal opacity as well as adhesions between the cornea and iris. Those do not appear to cause her any pain. Particularly of note is that there is the start of neovascularization of her cornea. If that progresses (as expected), then Goya will not only lose the rest of the sight in her left eye but will also need to have that eye removed due to severe pain from acute angle glaucoma. Thankfully the beautiful wee girl should have several good years ahead with a useful left eye. She has a tiny bit of a cataract in her right eye as well, but that will hopefully remain inconsequential. Gosling & Goya are available for adoption for $100.

Gerbil (ADOPTED)
Gerbil is a precious young lady just now a year old. She arrived completely starved and only 3 pounds, but she's filled out to 5-6 pounds. The beauty is fully grown, and she is obsessed with food. Gerbil has been overcoming her tendency to shy away from hands as she LOVES to be loved. Gerbil now crawls onto my lap and likes to sleep draped across me in bed. Gerbil is making up for the kittenhood she missed as she LOVES to play as well. She still has a rough edge to play, so I wouldn't recommend really young children live in her forever home (although she responds well to redirection and improves every single day). Gerbil is available for adoption for $50. She has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Gerbil tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Miss Farkus
Miss Farkus was trapped as an older kitten along with her sisters. As they were all completely wild, they required socialization. Miss Farkus loves human touch, and she is very food motivated. The beauty enjoys being carried around in her human's arms, purring up a storm. However, she is quite nervous around strangers. We are working to help her overcome her fears. Miss Farkus has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and feline leukemia. She is negative for FIV/FeLV. Her guesstimated birth date is 9/2/14. She is available for adoption for $50.

Chavanne & Sabel (ADOPTED)
Chavanne and Sabel, ~11 months old, have been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. They both tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Treatment for mange (daily ivermectin as well as weekly lime-sulfur dips) are complete. Chavanne and Sabel were feral girls, but thankfully they love both food and affection. The pair are bonded, and they are available for adoption for $100 for the pair.

Chai (ADOPTED)
Chai is a young momma, perhaps 11 months old now. She's been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Chai tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She's quick to give butt lifts and appreciative but initially shy around strangers. Does warm up relatively quickly. Chai has been eating a raw diet in her foster home. Chai is available for adoption for $60.

Nirvana (ADOPTED)
Nirvana is a lovely yet opinionated lady (yes, dilute tortitude). Nirvana enjoys cuddling with her human but may hiss at strangers. Nirvana tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She's been spayed, vaccinated against rabies and distemper, and available for adoption for $50. Nirvana does best on a grain-free diet. She can learn to tolerate other pets but would prefer to be a one-and-only.

Havana (ADOPTED)
Havana is such a gorgeous, loving feline. Our official greeter, welcoming everyone into our home. Havana has retired from motherhood and is ready for her own home. Havana tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She's been spayed as well as vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Havana is available for adoption for $50.

Gibli (ADOPTED)
Gibli was born ~4//15/17. This lovely little tabbico was always a bit shy. Sadly Gibli came down with parvovirus along with every kitten who attended the same spay/neuter clinic. Gibli was extremely ill and required subcutaneous fluids to live. During that time, Gibli knew I was her lifeline and bonded deeply to me. Thankfully she has continued to bask in affection and has learned to accept others as well. Gibli hates to be alone and will cry for affection. The precious mite has completely recovered from parvovirus and is ready for her own forever home. This precious young lady is available for adoption for $60. Gibli has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Rain (ADOPTED)
Rain, guesstimated birthdate 4/8/17, has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Sadly, wee Rain is another kitten who came down with parvovirus three days after the spay/neuter clinic. Thankfully, Rain has recovered completely. Rain is a particularly shy girl, but she loves affection from me and purrs away. Rain also loves to play, so she is winnable by swinging a toy for her to chase. Rain tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Rain is available for adoption for $60.

Moon (ADOPTED)
Precious wee Moon is the runt of the litter. Her guesstimated birthdate is 4/19/17, but Moon is just barely 2 pounds. This girl has twisted leg syndrome, and once she is big enough we will have her bad leg amputated. Moon has already won the heart of someone out there, and she will head to her forever home once the amputation is completed.

Marlowe (ADOPTED)
The lovely Marlowe has been spayed and vaccinated against distemper. Sadly, she is one of the ones who came down with distemper three days after the spay/neuter clinic. The earlier vaccination provided some protection, and all our exposed kittens have survived. Marlowe will be headed to her forever home whenever her humans feel ready for her.

Violet (FeLV+)
Violet is a lovely one-year-old calico who has the misfortune of being positive for feline leukemia. Violet is energetic and outgoing, a loving, friendly girl. She does have chronic runny eyes, but otherwise this girl is doing quite well. She has been vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Violet would love a forever home of her own. She'd definitely enjoy having a fellow FeLV+ buddy. Violet is available for adoption for $40.

Miss Flick
Two-year-old Miss Flick was trapped as a feral kitten. She has been undergoing socialization, but Miss Flick doesn't show well as she doesn't trust strangers. In general, although she can be picked up and has had her claws trimmed without incident, Miss Flick really isn't overly fond of having her four paws off the ground. Miss Flick has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Her guesstimated birth date is 9/2/14. She is available for adoption for $50 but requires a very understanding human.

MoMo
MoMo arrived into our care declawed. MoMo, now approximately 9 years old, quite possibly significantly older, was found dodging cars scrounging for food in a grocery store parking lot. MoMo is a very quirky boy although his OCD tendencies are mellowing with age. MoMo does not want to live with other adult males although the adult females adore him and he enjoys kittens. MoMo used wee-wee pads instead of litterboxes when he arrived in our care. He has since had declaw salvage surgery to remove fragments of bone that plague him for years. MoMo now uses the litterbox. However, we'd recommend having wee-wee pads by litterboxes for now just in case. MoMo is neutered, dewormed, and has been vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and FeLV. Adoption fee: $40. By the way, MoMo is hands down the best hugger in the house.

Lulu
Lulu remains a timid girl, shutting down whenever visitors are in her area. She loves other felines, and she is fond of doritos, trying to steal them whenever they are eaten. Lulu is not for just anyone. She has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Lulu tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Lulu is available for adoption for $40.

Minnow & Mora
This beautiful pair was found crying and tangled in a fishing net after someone in the neighborhood “relocated” all the cats he could trap. They were only about ten days old and syringe fed. Both are doing fabulously well and will be looking for a forever home together once they are spayed. SPAY DAY IS HERE! (9/12/17) Minnow & Mora are available for adoption for $100 for the pair.
