Dragon Mutant Vehicle (0600)

At night a low flame would burn in the dragon's mouth. Occasionally, it would rear its head back and shoot a stream of burning propane up. I watched it quite awhile wondering what kind of failsafe system they had to assure that it would never shoot out a stream of flame while pointed down, thereby crisping any nearby burners.
