Nick I just cant get over the atmosphere the trees and the shot show., HFF you enjoy your weekend.

Hi Steve, this lies on my daily walk route, although now the horse blankets are long gone and the kissing gate is more green in colour now. Thanks for your genrous words ~~~ have a great weekend

No self respecting horse would be seen dead wearing these mouldy old blankets, on the other hand keeping warm is more important than fashion ~ The horses are long gone now, whilst the trees remain especially the one you have admired ~~~ Hanwe and stay safe

Lovely colours and I like the carpet of leaves on the ground. That kissing gate looks quite new in this shot. It must have bedded into its surroundings and must be really nice now that it has taken on the green hues of it's surroundings. A super shot. Maybe the old horse blankets were to save the seat of your pants befor the kissing gate was added! HFF and have a good weekend Nick.

Yes Rosa, the gate has mellowed and faded into the background. The fence to the left of the gate has been downtrodden and no one uses the gate anymore. Thanks for you good wishes. May your weekend be full of sun and adventures new ~~~ Stay safe
