Been taken photo's for more years than I care to remember, discovered the joys of photography at school in the Science lab when we made shoe-box pinhole cameras :-) My first real camera was a Russian Zenith 'E' in 1973/4 A great camera to learn on- it's shutter was quite inconsistent so you had to be aware of what you were doing! Upgraded in 1977 to an Olympus OM2n semi automatic which I had till going digital in 2008. I currently run with a Nikon D200 and have a few rather nice lenses but am not averse to using 'other' methods of capture, My phone is overused as a camera and then there's my scanner... :-)

There's not much I won't photograph and since going digital the volume just went right up! :-)
We have a Horse so 'equestrian' shots are two a penny, Macro is great favourite and Hi Speed flash captures.
Give me a theme and I'll think about the obvious shot then make sure I don't take it! I refuse to be the guy at a wedding following the 'pro'
