The Bali Arts Festival is centered in Denpasar, the island's capital. The main venues are: Bajra Sandhi Monument in Renon: This is where the opening parade and many performances are held. My photo shows an excelent artwork statue of the Hindu demons and the Naga snakes left and right with the local girl who liked to be captured on the picture in front of the artwork. This year, the Bali Arts Festival will adopt the theme "Jana Kerthi Pramaguna Wikrama," which means "Uplifting Human Dignity and Excellence."
