Back in August 2021 I posted some images of my Japanese geisha doll, given away as a promotional exercise with Minolta SR1 cameras back in the early 1960s - which was when I bought mine (see PiP). Over the years, Miss Minolta had lost her umbrella, but when she saw the images my lovely ipernity friend Pam J offered to make one for her. After various postage problems (covid related), the new umbrella arrived yesterday and both Miss Minolta and I are delighted and send Pam big huggss.
