May I wish you all a delightfully Happy Bench Monday. The cray boat is entering the Mandurah marina from the estuary.

A dolphin in the channel between the Dolphin Quay mall and the Keith Holmes Reserve in Mandurah. A common sight which never gets old; walkers and shoppers always stop and watch, fascinated that such creatures visit their town.

This boat isn't a normal feature of our marina in Mandurah, but was part of the Big Boat Show in February 2024, taking people out into the Indian Ocean.

Happy Bench Monday, everyone. A place to sit after a long walk around the breakwater and through to the marina. The clouds have passed us and are heading inland, having provided our first real rain since last December. I hope your day, your week, your April and the rest of your year provide you with contentment, ease and fulfilment.

A large group of big guys, mostly bearded and tattooed, on jet-skis heading back out onto the water. Reminded me of my motorbiking days. Satan's Sardines? Hells Angel Fish? Davy Jones' Locker Cheaters?
