11 Broad Street, Margate. Formerly a hair cutter called Stuppell, then a newspaper office. Thanet Times moved out of here in 2009. The signs have been repainted since that time (sometime after 2016). We looked up and saw him waving at us. When this advert (and others showing things like a lone football) first ever appeared, there was no telling what it was for. A week or so later, new versions came out with "The Times" printed on them.
