After a week without taking any photos, the rain stopped and the sun came out today. This was taken at Waggoners Wells, near Grayshott in East Hampshire. I was hoping for some more autumn colour but was disappointed. However it was nice to get out and about with the camera.
Best view large, on black. Thank you.

One of the sloping trails through the woods surrounding the ponds at WWs. I expect most of the dying leaves in the trees will have gone by now, due to the high winds we've been having. The green leaves on the right hand side are part of a Holly tree which of course, will remain green.
Please view large, on black. Thank you ;-)

I'm not very good at identifying Fungi, so any ID would be welcome.

Waggoners Wells is a series of three large ponds connected by streams and small waterfalls. It was acquired by the National Trust in 1919. It really needs to be re-visited later in the year, when the leaves start changing colour.
We had a nice wander round though and then visited the nearby town of Grayshott for a cuppa and slice of apple pie..!!
