Shrubbery Walk in the Harrow Way development. 1981. This ran from Kingsmill Road to the footbridge over the Ringway South. A popular place for learning to ride a bicycle (on dry days).

Converted to sepia using Lab Colour Space in Serif PhotoPlus software. The deckled effect around the central square was what I call a 'happy accident' and I decided to leave it in.

Negative made in 1982. Scanned using CanoScan 8800F.
These volumes had a rich burgundy hue, and much I as I have always liked monochrome, I would use colour now for this picture.
