It looks like a ghost materializing, but I'm pretty sure it was a sun flare on the lens. Taken near Makanda, Illinois, at Giant City State Park. This was part of the Devil's Tablestand Trail. Some of the natural rock formations that are found around Southern Illinois. This one is along the Devil's Tablestand Trail. This rock looks like it's problems with woodpeckers. I wonder if they have any rockpeckers?
