Szechuan Beef is what I made for dinner last night. It was so delicious, I forgot to get a picture of it for my recipe album before I ate it. There was some left, so that's what I photographed tonight to get a record of it. Taken on August 28th, 2024, with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR.

Here is some beef and egg noodles I made back in 2018. They sure are good when they're freshly made and piping hot! Taken with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR, on January 10th, 2018.

This is what I had for dinner - Szechuan Beef. I added some water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and bean sprouts and it turned out good.
