A recent meal I made and served on my new china. The dish is called Nelson Flounder Filets and I got the recipe out of a cookbook by Graham Kerr. The china is called "Blue Willow," and it's made in England. It's always been my favorite pattern - my Grandmother had some dishes with this pattern. Oh, yes - the potatoes were parsley butter potatoes, baked.

This was a porcelain dish that belonged to my late mother. It's a nice dish, only I don't know what kind of dish it is or what it was used for. It's about 5 inches long. Does anybody recognize it?

These are the two different snowman-themed china patterns I used for my Christmas holiday dinners this past December. Quite festive! They belonged to my late Mother.

This is a hand-painted Mexican serving tray that belonged to my late Mother. I love using it when I have guests over for dinner. It's about two feet wide, so it holds a lot of stuff.
