I bought a couple new cookbooks at a resale shop on Wednesday, so last night I made this dish from a recipe that was in one of them. The book was called "The Frugal Gourmet Cooks Three Ancient Cuisines - China, Greece and Rome." Taken on February 15th, 2024, with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR.

This is some of the egg drop soup I enjoyed when I was at a local Chinese buffet this week. Man, I just love this stuff and even make it at home.

This is Selina, the girl who was our waitress at the Chinese buffet we dined at yesterday. She was very friendly and talked about what she wanted to do with her life. She wants to be a dentist. Well, you go for it, girl!
