Red Lobster is a chain of seafood restaurants that are quite popular around here. This is one I ate at on December 27th, 2012 and is located in Fairview Heights, Illinois. Taken with my Kodak Easy Share M1073 IS digital point-and-shoot camera.

I love seafood, so I ordered shrimp and fries this visit to Applebee's. Taken on September 22nd, 2013, with my Sony Alpha a230 DSLR.

The term "succulent" seems to be used in all the seafood commercials I see, so I felt obligated to use it, too. This is a shrimp dish I ordered once at an Applebee's restaurant I ate at.

How about some Cajun cooking? This Cajun shrimp bisque was very hearty and tasty.

Some shrimp spread I made recently. It was very good on the white cheddar and rosemary crackers pictured.

With all this extra time on my hands, I've been cooking more lately. I've been making bread because I ran out of store-bought bread, and have been baking cookies once a week so I could have something sweet to nibble on. Tonight, Thursday, April 16th, 2020, I made this Asian Ramen Shrimp soup and it's more or less something I threw together from an existing recipe that I tweaked slightly. It uses Ramen noodles and tiny shrimp that comes in a can.
