Cheaha Brewing Company

17 Jul 2025 1 24
This was an old train depot, down in Birmingham, Alabama, which had been converted into a restaurant. They also brewed their own beer which they served and featured live bands to play for their patrons. A band I used to be in played there on June 11th, 2015.

David Jenkins

28 Jul 2022 2 98
The guy in the middle is David Jenkins, singer and guitarist with Pablo Cruise. He was playing a solo show down in Jackson, Tennessee on April 23rd, 2016. Pablo Cruise were formed in 1973 and had several hits. And they're still together and touring. The saxophonist was with the house band and the guy in the background playing bass guitar is Lance Hoppen, who is with Orleans, and they were formed in 1972 and have been together and touring since then. I took the picture at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, in Jackson, Tennessee.

Nashville Econo Lodge

Back in 2015, I was touring with a band and we were booked to play a big Fourth of July celebration in Nashville, Tennessee. We were opening for Foghat, but something must have fell through, because Foghat ended up playing in Michigan that night. My band ended up playing at a club there instead. This is the hotel we stayed in after the gig. The drummer and me shared a room because him and I were in a band he had started before we both ended up joining this band. The new band wasn't working for us, so this was our last show with them and we reformed his band and we're together still. I always like to roam around at night and get pictures where I'm staying. This shot was taken on July 3rd, 2015, with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR.

One Spooky Night At The Broken Spoke Saloon

The band I was in at the time was touring the eastern half of the United States. This night's stop happened to be in Nashville, Tennessee. When we finished playing and got back to the hotel we were staying at, I went out looking for things to take pictures of. I saw this eerie scene in front of the hotel's restaurant and bar. Taken on July 3rd, 2015, with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR.

Good Girls Don't

22 Apr 2022 1 4 161
Back on April 12th, 2013, I had a serious reaction to an antibiotic I was prescribed and had to get to a hospital quickly. I was there for two days and on the second day, I had my girlfriend at the time bring one of my guitars to play because I was getting bored. This is a screen capture from a short video she filmed of me singing The Knack's classic hit "Good Girls Don't." 2013-04-12 14-31-57 331[23-42-01] 1cf

Deuces Wild - "Ring Of Fire"

07 Jun 2019 1 342
I don't normally upload videos here, but this song, in my humble opinion, just rocks. It's the band I'm currently in from a few years back and we're playing the old Johnny Cash song - "Ring Of Fire." That thing that sounds like a freight train is my guitar. It sounded good that night.
