This is what I fixed for Thanksgiving dinner this year. Turkey, mashed potatoes, homemade gravy, green beans, stuffing, homemade rolls, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. I made everything on Thanksgiving Day except for the pumpkin pies, which I always make the night before Thanksgiving.

I had been craving a lemon meringue pie for a couple weeks now, so this afternoon, April 25th, 2023, I made one. I was dee-licious!

I baked this cherry pie yesterday for a Rotary Club function last night. It turned out to be the only pie there, out of about a couple dozen cakes, cookies and brownies and it was the first dessert that disappeared completely. I guess people want more pies!
