Thursday 3 June 1993 - Barry’s Coaches of Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire CFX 320T seen in Lower Brailes on a service from Banbury to Shipston-on-Stour. I believe the service had previously been operated by Brailes Coaches. It was a Plaxton Supreme bodied Ford R1014 that had been new to Excelsior of Bournemouth in April 1979.

Thursday 3 June 1993 - Barry’s Coaches of Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire CFX 320T seen on the B4035 near Burdrop when working a service from Banbury to Shipston-on-Stour, a service which I believe had previously been operated by Brailes Coaches. It was a Plaxton Supreme bodied Ford R1014 that had been new to Excelsior of Bournemouth in April 1979.

Thursday 3 June 1993 - Barry’s Coaches of Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire CFX 320T seen setting down homeward bound shoppers in Lower Brailes on a service from Banbury to Shipston-on-Stour. I believe the service had previously been operated by Brailes Coaches. It was a Plaxton Supreme bodied Ford R1014 that had been new to Excelsior of Bournemouth in April 1979. Is that an off duty coach driver on the right with his dog meeting someone off the coach?

Tuesday 1 June 1993 (approx. 1300) – Barry’s Coaches of Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire JOV 766P seen in its home town amid the activity of the Tuesday market. It was an Alexander AV bodied Ailsa Volvo B55-10 that had been new to West Midlands PTE (number 4766) in March 1976, one of a batch of 50 such buses numbered 4738-4787 (JOV 738-787P). All 50 were sold to London Buses in 1987 given fleet numbers V16-65, JOV 766P became V44.
