Tuesday 11 October 1988 – Taken in the first week of operation of the ‘Mildenhall Mini-Line’ local bus services that the Eastern Counties Omnibus Company began operating, is TH911 (C911 BEX) the regular bus used on the services. It was a Robin Hood bodied Ford Transit new in March 1986 and was seen in Croft Place heading back to Mildenhall town centre. Note the bus stop on the lamp post.

Sunday 23 October 1988 – The regular bus used by Eastern Counties Omnibus Company on the ‘Mildenhall Mini-Line’ services carried this poster. The bus was TH911 (C911 BEX), a Robin Hood bodied Ford Transit new in March 1986, which was photographed near the driver’s home in Pembroke Close.
