Thursday 12 June 2008 (1322) - Having just arrived at Feldkirch as the 1238 service 59 from Götzis (due here 1318), the driver of MAN bus PT 15543, operated by Austrian Postbus (ŐBB-Postbus GmbH), then parked in a layover area of the bus station. Bus carries ‘Landbus Oberes Rheintal’ livery and names. Note the operator’s name in vertical lettering in the first passenger window.

Thursday 12 June 2008 (1321) - MAN bus PT 15543 of Austrian Postbus (ŐBB-Postbus GmbH) carries Landbus livery with ‘Landbus Oberes Rheintal’ names. Seen arriving at Feldkirch Busplatz as the 1238 service 59 from Götzis (due here 1318). Across the road is a Mercedes-Benz Citaro of Nigg Bus GmbH in the livery of ‘Stadtbus Feldkirch’. Colours are different but the livery layout and branding follow the same style. Bus stop (H=Haltestelle) is for ‘Ringlinie’ town service 1; regional services 59 and 60 plus the LBA services to Liechtenstein (FL).

Seen arriving at Feldkirch Busplatz on the 1300 service 73 from Gais Degerdon. Across the road is a Mercedes-Benz Citaro in the same livery (possibly operated by Regiobus Rheintal GmbH). Bus stop (H=Haltestelle) is for town services 1 and 7; regional services 59 and 60; LBA services to Liechtenstein (FL) and the ‘Nightline’ services operated into the early hours of Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Bus runs to the regional hospital, Landeskrankenhaus, abbreviated to ‘LKH’on the destination screen.

This service is peak hour only with four outbound trips in the early morning and three at lunchtime (this was the last of the three). Inbound there are four trips at lunchtime and five in the late afternoon. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays no service 71 trips operate.
