Sunday 6 September 1992 - Metro Transit 950, a 1990 MCI Classic, seen at Upper Water Street in Downtown Halifax. An earlier Classic with smaller rear window and the earlier 'black top' paint scheme stands in front.

Monday 14 September 1992 - Metro Transit 942, an MCI Classic bought in 1982, was seen at Downsview Mall having gone out of service due to a mechanical problem. The young lady driver had brought out a replacement bus in the form of Scania CN112A bus number 205 which had now gone on its way. She had to remain with the Classic until the mechanics arrived.

Monday 14 September 1992 - Metro Transit 942, an MCI Classic new in 1989, seen at Downsview Mall, Sackville. It was supposed to work the 1251 service 83 to Springfield but developed a problem, Scania 205 was sent from the garage as a replacement.

Saturday 12 September 1992 - Metro Transit 928 seen in Water Street, Halifax about to leave on a late afternoon trip of service 4 to Rosedale/Farnham Gate. During 1987 GM sold the Classic design to MCI, this bus is badged 'Classic' rather than GM or MCI.

Monday 14 September 1992 - Metro Transit 920 was the last of the GM badged Classics new in 1987 after which the future deliveries of Classics came from MCI. Seen at the Halifax Shopping Centre bound for Dartmouth on service 1. It carried the 'black top' style of livery which was phased out in favour of the all white layout.

Monday 14 September 1992 - Metro Transit 893, an MCI Classic new in 1986. It was seen in Dartmouth close to the City Hall and the terminal for the cross harbour ferry services to Halifax.

Saturday 12 September 1992 - Barrington Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia. On the left is an Airport Transfer Limited MCI 96A3 or 102A3 coach in Nova Charter colours. There are four Metro Transit buses in the picture. Number 859 is the oldest , a 1982 GMC T6H5307N. Pulling away is a GM/MCI Classic which, at the time, was the standard Metro Transit standard bus for quite a few years. However, in 1984 there were 12 Scania CN112A buses purchased (numbered 201-212) and one of those may be seen heading away further up the street. There is also another Classic heading towards the camera.
