Friday 29 June 2007 - Burtons Coaches J807 KHD, an Ikarus Citibus bodied DAF SB220, acquired to replace similar bus J56 GCX which was taken out of service due to a major mechanical problem. Now in fleet livery this bus initially operated in the colours of its previous owner Duke’s Travel of Coleford, Gloucestershire. New to London Buses in January 1992 as fleet number DK7. Fitted with 42 belted coach type seats.

Saturday 2 June 2007 - Burtons Coaches Limited had only recently acquired this Ikarus Citibus bodied DAF SB220 to supplement it’s school contract vehicles. The company already had two similar buses (J56 GCX and K124 TCP) but the former suffered major a mechanical problem so was permanently taken out of service. J807 KHD was initially operated in its previous owners colour scheme (Duke’s Travel of Coleford, Gloucestershire) before it was painted into fleet colours soon after. It was new to London Buses in January 1992 as fleet number DK7.
