Thursday 17 December 2015 (1221) – Whippet Coaches WS319 (LK03 NKH), a Caetano Nimbus bodied Transbus Dart, seen in High Street, St. Neots. Latterly operated by Whippet’s parent company Tower Transit in London it was new to First Capital in July 2003.

Thursday 29 January 2015 (1153) – Stagecoach East Pointer bodied Darts parked in Bedford bus station. 34835 (KX06 JYT) new in March 2006 therefore built under Alexander Dennis and 34427 (KV53 EZD) new in December 2003 therefore built in the time of Transbus. 34835 carries the local branding ‘Bedfordbus’.

Wednesday 8 October 2014 (1452) - Stagecoach 34571 (YN04 YXV) seen passing through Pleasley when working the 1440 service 23 from Mansfield to Langwith. A Transbus Plaxton Pointer bodied Dart new to Cleveland Transit in May 2004. Branding for Stagecoach's 'Mansfield move' local network is carried.

Wednesday 8 October 2014 (1306) - Stagecoach (East Midland) 34458 (YN53 ZRU), a Transbus Plaxton Pointer bodied Dart new January 2004, seen passing through New Houghton when working the 1150 service 53 from Sheffield to Mansfield. The mining village of New Houghton was originally built in the 1890s to house workers from the nearby Pleasley Pit which opened in the 1870s closing in 1983. The grounds are now a nature reserve consisting of footpaths and lakes. The colliery is now a mining museum.

Thursday 19 December 2013 (1054) - Stagecoach 34439 (KV53 EZR), a Transbus (Plaxton Pointer style) bodied (Dennis) Dart new in December 2003, was seen in St.Neots High Street by the Market Place when working local circular service 64 to/from Eaton Socon.

Thursday 19 December 2013 (1054) - St Neots High Street by the Market Place on market day. A Plaxton Cheetah bodied Mercedes-Benz operated by Myall’s of Bassingbourn (YN05 UUW) had worked the 0930 service C2 from Hatley into town (1030) and would return at 1320. Stagecoach 34439 (KV53 EZR), a Transbus (Plaxton Pointer style) bodied (Dennis) Dart new in December 2003, was loading behind working local circular service 64 to/from Eaton Socon.

Saturday 8 June 2013 (1254) – Penzance bus station: First Devon & Cornwall is the recipient of many cascaded London buses. In this photo two former London General Northern Counties bodied Volvo Olympians flank an Alexander Royale bodied Volvo Olympian. Left to right: 31846 (R346 LGH) (ex London General NV146); 34199 (NER 621) (ex London United A129 (N129 YRW)); 31821 (R346 LGH) (ex London General NV121). The single decker is 42872 (SN53 KKB), a Transbus Dart (Plaxton Pointer style bodied Dennis Dart) new in December 2003.

Friday 7 June 2013 (1530) – St. Ives, Cornwall. The town’s small bus station is built on a shelf into the rising cliff amongst all the cluster of houses and other buildings and the bus parking area is only capable of taking about four modern day sized buses at best. First Devon and Cornwall 42873 (SN53 KKC) a Transbus Dart (a Plaxton Pointer style bodied Dennis Dart), cautiously enters the site. On the left is Stagecoach 33942 (V942 DFH), an Alexander bodied Dennis Dart working on hire to Western Greyhound (loaned to cover the buses lost in the depot fire a short while earlier and carried Stagecoach Swindon fleetnames which had arrived as the 1500 service 547 from Hayle at 1525 and departed as the 1530 service 547 through to Newquay – no time to dwell or park up for too long here. There’s hardly any room at all!
