I wish they would make these monsters smaller and lighter - this setup weighs 2.9 kgs - almost one third of your carryon baggage allowance! The 2X extender is a very recent acquisition - having fun "shooting" the Roe Deer which are grazing usually within 200 yards of where I am sitting.
