One of the horses we met at St Helens Wood this weekend with a dreamy Orton effect.

This horse was just passing by, couldn't resist asking to get a portrait. I wondered about all the safety gear a bit but thought well better safe then sorry. When we got home I realized why, this horse is completely blind on his right side, missing an eye. This means that from his right and especially behind he can't take evasive action and so it makes sense to alert on coming people or traffic that hes there. Gorgeous creature and cute braid :)

This young foal was at the fence into the sun, and let me put some lovin on him, couldn't resist putting up the shot. I miss my horses :/
