We wanted to see if the methane in Stroggie's guts would burn when released, so Agan pierced it and tried lighing it with a match, and then a blow torch, but no go.

Our usual butcher Duane was too busy, so we got our other butcher friend Agan to do it this time. Agan is just as good as Duane, it turns out (and Duane is pretty bloody good). He brought his trusty assistant Luke.

With the help of the front end loader we borrowed from our lovely neighbours Daniel & Vee, Duane hoists up the carcass formerly known as Mr T-Bone, and removes the hide.
