We had to clean out the cattle trough in the pig paddock, so we waited for warm day. Today we threw the water out into some of the deeper holes and... Nigella and Delia went wild for it!

We made three different sorts of liqueur this year. The fruit that is left after draining off the alcohol is not useful for making anything we eat, so we mixed a batch of it up with some bran - and some sugar to make it more palatable - and we gave it to Nigella and Delia. They were WILD about it, even though they had just had their usual dinner.
