The rather splendid small fern Botrychium lunaria commonly known as Moonwort growing well in dry grassland in Shropshire. Apologies for my recent long absence, my computer expired and so I had little or no access to the net. Its taken me a while to get the bits together to build another and even now I can't decide which Linux distro to choose, Suse or Mint Linux, Decisions, decisions!

Moonwort (Botrichium lunaria), a small and unusual fern found on dry grassland. Here the fertile fronds are mature and dispensing spores whenever there is a slight breeze.
