I had seen "Caravan Palace" in Nice during the "Nice Jazz Festival" in summer 2015. In February 2016 I was lucky and had the chance to see them again in Hamburg, where they rocked the audience in the "Mojo Club".

Caravan Palace wowed the audience with fast "electro swing". Music that may have its roots in the 1920s beamed up into the 21. century by the band, using all kind of electronic equipment. This is "Dance Music" - and Colitis Zoé is not only a fantastic singer, but as well an exceptional dancer. Meanwhile it was pretty dark already - and the dim light plus the fast moves took the little camera, I had borrowed, far beyond the technical limits.
