Vienne - Le Courrier de Lyon I've visited Vienne many times over the years, mainly for the "Jazz à Vienne" festival. So, I've written many times about the Roman colony, the early Christians, the diocese, etc. I won't repeat it now, but I'll just add a few photos. I've seen how some places have deteriorated over the years, but Vienna is still a beautiful city, and "Jazz à Vienne" is a fantastic festival. The main stage is in the Roman amphitheater. The former bookshop was named after the "Courrier de Lyon", an important paper during the time of the French Revolution. It existed until the first decades of the 20th century. While the "L'affaire du courrier de Lyon" is the title of a movie from the 1930s.
