Turned around to capture the other two items from the BM Stafford stable ... i) 1936 Sentinel S4 wksno 9278 {BTD 868} ii) 1920 Fowler Road Locomotive A9 "Providence" wksno 15649 {CT 3940}

First three from the left are part of the BM Stafford stable (plus another two behind me), the others are more [modern] HGVs, several of the entries brought other exhibits or carry an accommodation module. i) 1935 Sentinel S4 wksno 9207 {BYL 484} running in Price's Bread livery

{1-16} Aveling & Porter 10ton No. 14071 "Kathleen" regno VN 2095 Built in 1930 for North Riding County Council, retired in 1960s and been with the same owners ever since, shown in "working dress" ... The two Sentinel S4s standing behind are {1-11} Sentinel S4 No.9207 in Price's Bread livery built 1935, long term restoration was completed by the present owner. First Rally Appearance - and very splendid it looks ! {1-12} Sentinel S4 No.9278 in Stafford's livery built in 1937 as a short 3-way tipper, then converter to a tar sprayer. rescued from a scrap yard in 1956, it was rallied extensively until the 1970s, including appearing at Duncombe in 1963. It then stood awaiting attention for many years. A full restoration was completed a few years ago and she came here from Co.Durham under her own steam. .
