Not too clear, but the lettering on the treadle plate says "Hobbies"

A little preliminary cleaning and dismantling has taken place. A previous owner had made some modifications - which need removing.

This looks remarkably like a knife-grinder's stand [two stone wheels operated / powered with a foot treadle]. It has a wonderful paint scheme that really caught my eye.

One of several corner displays that were not cars or motorbikes ... This particular area had mostly "domestic" items such as Treadle "Singer" sewing machine. Set of scales. "Electrolux" cylinder vacuum cleaner [please, not a "hoover" ! that's just another manufacturer].
