Beautiful weather in beautiful Caithness. The cottage is on the mainland but behind is the island of Stroma and lighthouse with the Orkney hills of Hoy in the beyond over Pentlandite Firth. Their apparent proximity is exaggerated by the telephoto lens. HFF to everyone. Enjoy the weekend.

Duncansby Head and lighthouse are at the most northeasterly point on the UK mainland with Duncansby Stacks an easy walk to the south of the lighthouse.
