Published in 1911, this antique dime novel, rich in Indian lore as the title suggests, features the adventures of a "boy scout" - though not necessarily a reference to the then burgeoning American Boy Scout movement.

Ned Buntline was one of the wealthiest authors of his day, writing for the papers as well as dime novels, and even inciting a riot or two. Ned Buntling I can only assume is a pseudonym that trades on the former's reputation, since Buntline had died a decade earlier in 1886. That, or it could possibly be a posthumously re-worked piece.
