The building in the foreground is part of the Blavatnik School of Government in Oxford. In the background is part of the Andrew Wiles Building (Mathematical Institute). There is also some hoardings here that are hiding a building site where a massive development is underway. It will be 'The Stephen A. Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities' and I believe it should open in 2025. It looks like it will be a very photogenic building and, hopefully, I will still be here to take some photos :-) There's a lot of glass here so for 'Sight & Sound' it will be "Glass Hearts by The Desert Rose Band. This is the Rotunda in Stowe Landscape Gardens that includes a statue of Venus, the Goddess of Love. Therefore, for 'Sight and Sound', I have chosen "Story of Love" by The Desert Rose Band. This song is on their 1990 album "Pages of Life", one of my all-time fave albums :-) Added to Sight and Sound : Pictures & Music ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪ Listen here (live version) ~ Story of Love ~ Desert Rose Band Or, album track ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪ Story of Love ~ Desert Rose Band I would like an electric guitar like 'wot' John Jorgenson is playing. Trouble is that I can't play any musical instrument :-)

Back on the 11 October there was a 'Fire Service' Athletics Event held in Stowe Landscape Gardens. The lady in yellow was the winner of the Ladies race but I can't pick out the winner of the Mens race :-) But, they are all running so an easy 'Sight and Sound' link for moi to "Running" by The Desert Rose Band :-) Another one of my all-time faves :-) Added to ~ Sight and Sound ♫ ♪ ♪ ♫ Listen here ~ Running ~ The Desert Rose Band

Explored! ~ Thank you very much :-))) When I saw this couple walking 'arm in arm' in Stowe Landscape Gardens I immediately thought of "Love Reunited" by the Desert Rose Band. One of my fave DRB tracks....but, then again, everything they did was my fave :-) So here is a performance from 'Austin City Limits' in 1988 :-) Added to ~ Sight and Sound ♫ ♪ ♪ ♫ Listen here ~ Love Reunited ~ Desert Rose Band
