RHH's photos with the keyword: hoh river

Taken in early April just as the trees were starting to leaf out, this is the Hoh River from the twenty mile-long road that follows the river from the Olympic Highway to the Hoh visitors' center. At this point the river is out of the mountains and has begun its meandering journey to the Pacific Ocean.

This is the Hoh River as it flows through the Hoh Rainforest. It originates with the Hoh Glacier on Mount Olympus and runs 56 miles west emptying into the Pacific Ocean at the Hoh Indian Reservation. We were hiking in the rainforest when the photo was taken.
