HFF to all, have a great sunny weekend ! Unrelatedly, there will be plenty more signs like these around in August when the main road through Langport will be completely shut for urgent railway bridge repairs to be carried out. I’ve no idea how the replacement buses, let alone the ordinary bus service, will work as the only other route through the town involves the hanging chapel (see PiP) and there ain’t no buses going through there ... Meanwhile trains are still belting over the bridge at top speed …

Vicarage walls; to keep heathens like myself out? I’m off for a few days to utilise my very out of date nursing skills on my much older brother who’s had a heart valve replaced … here’s hoping he survives the nursing experience ;-)))

I had no idea that this was lenticular cloud for ages until someone pointed it out to me !

I just loved the way the clouds filled the gap in the hedge.

This seating, with a great view, is sited down the side of the local Tesco (supermarket chain) whose advertising slogan is “every little helps” and it's certainly good to have somewhere nice to sit and get over the shock of the week’s food bill … Seriously, I really loved the shadow play here. I don't know why but there are two organs close together in Cordoba Cathedral - I'd love to hear them being played in synch whilst I'm standing between them. Organ stereo, fantastic !
