Any suggestions whether it is necessary to limit the number of contributions per day/week/month?

Ich bin auch für eine Begrenzung. Wäre für einen Beitrag pro Tag; eventuell zwei ! So bliebe eine durchaus wünschenswerte Vielfalt gewährleistet. Bernhard hat das ja sehr schön zusammengefaßt !

Zwei Beiträge pro Tag finde ich auch angemessen, viel mehr sollten es nicht werden.

I have now limited the number of contributions for two per day (24 hours). However, discussion can still continue.

Additional tip: Every now and then, one can remove some of the old contributions, and add them as a new contribution again ;-)

Das wiederum finde ich ziemlich nervend, weil man dann immer und immer wieder die gleichen Fotos sieht. Und einige ganz eifrige könnten versuchen, so immer auf der ersten Seite angezeigt zu werden. Nein, den Tipp finde ich "doof".
