Here are the rules for I LOVE YOUR PICTURES !

This group will absorb all the pictures of ipernity and the rest of the world ! What I mean is that we give away our precious works (called docs). Our photos will be saved even if we delete them. This huge photo-database will be worth a lot. We all upload photos to it. We even pay to give our photos away (those of us who are PRO) ! We do all the work for organizing this database for free: -We tag the photos. -We rank them by telling which one is a favorite one. Did I forget something ? (please add !) I do also enjoy using photo communities, but what I intend here is that we should perhaps have a more critical view on what we do. Who will own all the photos we uploaded to this huge database ??

Does anybody know what means the following from the terms of service ?
5.12 Ipernity will discontinue this licensed use within a commercially reasonable period after such Content is removed from the Service.
