Group rules

Here are the rules for Early Photography in the Habsburg Empire and Austria-Hungary

1. This group hosts only scans of original photographs, made and posted by (or with the consent of) their owners. No book scans or unauthorised copies are permitted.

2. It is strictly forbidden to distribute or use the items added by members without their explicit consent.

3. Users who wish to join the group should consider uploading at least one suitable item to their photostream or at least demonstrating their serious interest in the group`s topic (research projects etc.). An empty user photostream will not be consider suitable for membership.

4. Xenophobic or racist content will not be tolerated on this group. Comments regarding the radical ideologies of the Pre-WWI or Interbellum era are expected to be made only from a historical and detached point of view. More specifically, this is a group for curious people that has nothing to do with any Central-European/Balkanic nationalism whatsoever, so please spare us of historical vendettas and contemporary K.u.K. fantasies. Failure to observe this rule will result in immediate banning.
