It has been indicated that there are around 3000 "club" members in Ipernity.

So how many members want Ipernity to Continue ?

When I started this discussion thread - about 0830 GMT on 6th December 2016 - the group had about 60 members (2+7+51) ...

Update : c0800 GMT on 8th December - 224 members (2+7+215)
- plus at least two others that have either joined or been unable to do so as they are already at the limit for group membership)
- that is approximately 7.5% of club membership before people began to jump ship.

As of approximately 1000 GMT on 3rd January 2017, the membership of this group was in the region of 300.
I calculated as follows ...
3 + 6 + 283 + another 8 to 10 who either joined and then left again, or were already at the maximum limit for group memberships.
And that is the 10% of 3000 club memberships ...

Edit : 1030 GMT 5th Jan 2017 ...
membership of this group is now approaching 12% of club membership ...

Edit 0945 GMT on 8th January 2107. (So, in about ONE MONTH )

Group membership = 360 = 3 + 6 + 351

plus a small number that joined, but left again and a couple who wan't to join but were at their limit for group memberships

That is approximately 12% of the 3000 club memberships that has been quoted several times.

UPDATED FIGURES ............

Currently [at 1421 GMT on 10 Jan 2016] this group has just over 12% of Club membership enrolled ...

3 + 6 + 369 = 378

and there are a number who have joined and then left, or who are at their groups limit ...

So, 15% of "club" would be 450 members ...

As of about 1000 GMT on 16th January 2017 - the number of users enrolled in this group exceeded 15% of "Club" membership.

And enrolment is continuing to grow.

There are most likely far more than those that have been discussing in the orignal 'Badnews thread'.

I am very interested in keeping Ipernity online and functioning, my almost 5 years here will be difficult to move to another site.

I would like to see Ipernity continue. I don't really want to move all my photos. I hope a solution can be found.

Yes, I would like ipernity to continue, providing it is cost effective. Clearly the current ipernity owners have decided it is not, so they must have pretty good reasons.
