August 19 2024 Full Moon

August 19 2024 Full Moon
I had the right camera, the tripod... but the wrong ballhead... so this was taken handheld, more a feeling than a quality photo.

ROL/Photo, Ronald Stachowiak, Paolo Tanino, Holger Hagen and 36 other people have particularly liked this photo

A lovely full moon image, Isabel, particularly with the foreground interest of lights and silhouetted tree.

Nothing to feel bad about . Your hand is steady and the picture is great .

All the more spontaneous, Isabel. And greatly appreciated as such, with its clarity and beautiful golden hue.
Happy WPD!

Hi Isabel
I like this picture very much!
It is a very different and exciting composition to see the red moon (dust from forest fires in America) and also a super blue moon!
Fantastic colours too
Best Wishes, HWPD,, and stay safe!!
Peter

wonderful, you get the moon.
Short exposure gives sharp contours of the moon

Une autre prétendante à figurer au WPD, à mon goût ;-)
La lune était particulièrement en beauté ce jour, un peu moins dans le centre de la France
Elle méritait ce portrait remarquable, même sans la bonne rotule !
